We follow a strict no cancelation policy for the already dispatched order, or the orders which are customized.

▪︎ Orders already dispatched will not be canceled or refund is any situation.

▪︎ Most of our items are undamagable during shipping, and are company packed. However, some item such as manual pumps, lights, candles that might be damaged during shipping will be refunded immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video!

▪︎ We accept returns if you ship the products back to our studio in unused and unopened condition(Not applicable on Customized kits). In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product, once we recive the products refund will be processed immediately.

▪︎ All of your Orders are packed and dispatched as soon as possible.

▪︎ It usually take 8 to 9 days for your order to reach you.

▪︎ If you want it before 8 to 9 days Dm us on instagram/whatapp, it will be extra charges for express delivery.

▪︎ Tracking details will be provided only if you ask for it, after the dispatch.
